Pipe Grooving

Our shop is able to roll groove pipe in sizes 4" through 24" (up to 20' lengths), and cut groove sizes 2" and 3".

Pipes With Thread Ends

For pipe with threaded ends, our Rothenberger machine is available to thread 1/2" through 4" pipe.

Factory-Type Bevels

We can do a factory-type bevel on 2" through 8" pipe, and a torch bevel on pipe 10" and larger.

CNC Bandsaw Cut

Our CNC band saw can cut up to 16" pipe, and we can torch-cut larger diameters.

Wrapping, Coating & Cement Lining

BPS can provide wrapped, coated or cement-lined pipe for your application. Options for both OD and ID are available.

On-site actuation shop

We have automation available on premises to create the valve package to meet your specific requirements, and the expert staff to guide you in the right direction.

We offer a full-service automation facility specializing in quarter-turn, electric and pneumatic actuation. We are proud to offer Newmans Triple Offset valves, WKM ball valves and high-performance butterfly valves, Demco and WKM rubber-seated butterfly valves, Knife gate valves manufactured by Orbinox, and Xomox plug valves. We have actuation options to meet every requirement.

Job site material containers

We offer the option of on-site material containers for your job site with many stocking options. We are also able to provide experienced BPS employees to man these field warehouses in many instances.
